By career Approximate Value, the most productive pick was Anthony Munoz (T, USC), taken in round 1 of the 1980 draft. The biggest value pick was Will Shields, a round-3 selection in 1993 who made 12 Pro Bowls. Of the picks made through 2025, 208 (10%) made at least one Pro Bowl and 81% appeared in at least one NFL game. The most common school was Notre Dame, with 54 picks.
