Barry Word

Barry Word is a RB out of Virginia who was selected by the New Orleans Saints with the 62nd overall pick in the 1986 NFL Draft, a 3rd-round selection. He was the 14th of 42 RBs off the board that year. Virginia had two players drafted that year — Barry Word and Jim Huddleston. He first appeared on an NFL roster in 1987.
