Ted Watts is a defensive back who played college football at Texas Tech, Coffeyville CC. He was selected by the Las Vegas Raiders in the 1st round (21st overall pick) of the 1981 NFL Draft. He appeared in 74 games during his NFL career. As a first-round selection, Ted Watts was considered one of the top prospects in the 1981 NFL Draft class.
